Meet Dale Zealand, Our New Senior Tendering Engineer

We are delighted to welcome Dale Zealand to ESM Power as the newest Senior Tendering Engineer in our Customer Networks Team!

Dale joins us with a wealth of experience in behind-the-meter installations, having worked extensively with Distribution Network Operators (DNOs), Independent Distribution Network Operators (IDNOs),and Independent Connection Providers (ICPs). His expertise spans tendering, design, and project management, making him a valuable addition to our team.

In his role, Dale will lead our Customer Networks Tendering Team, overseeing the preparation and delivery of tenders for a range of services, including Operation, Maintenance, Repair, Asset Replacement, and Project Works. With Dale's leadership and industry knowledge, we’re confident in our ability to continue delivering bespoke, cost-effective solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers across the UK.
