We are pleased to announce that we have been acquired by MITIE, the UK’s leading facilities transformation company. ESM Power will join Mitie’s Projects business to help customers connect, upgrade, and decarbonise their buildings and estates across the UK.

The ESM Power senior management team will be remaining in the business and are fully committed to the next phase of growth for ESM Power.
