We are pleased to announce that we have entered an agreement to be acquired by MITIE, the UK’s leading facilities transformation company. ESM Power will officially join Mitie’s Projects business from 1 August 2024, to help customers connect, upgrade, and decarbonise their buildings and estates across the UK.
The ESM Power senior management team will be remaining in the business and are fully committed to the next phase of growth for ESM Power.
We are excited about the opportunities this acquisition offers our customers and our business. We will continue to focus on delivering the agility and quality of a small business, built on trust and customer relationships, but with the backing and stability of Mitie as a £4.5 billion FTSE 250 business.
