The Formation of Mitie Power & Grid

Since becoming part of Mitie, we’re proud to announce the formation of Mitie Power & Grid – an amalgamation of three leading Independent Connection Provider (ICP) brands: ESM Power, Rock Power Connections, and G2 Energy.

While we will keep all three of the business brands, this collaboration enables us to combine our extensive expertise to better serve our clients. Together, we bring the power of over 300 skilled and experienced grid connection and Balance of Plant (BOP) engineering specialists to support the UK’s journey to decarbonisation.

Leadership Updates

We’re also pleased to share some exciting changes within our leadership team:

Roger Bamford has been appointed as Managing Director for the Mitie Private Networks team.
Adam Scott (pictured below) is now the Managing Director of ESM Power.
