In recognition of World Day for Safety and Health at Work 2025, ESM Power organised a dedicated stand-down event across selected sites. This initiative provided an opportunity o pause, reflect, and reaffirm our ongoing commitment to workplace safety, placing a renewed focus on the importance of proactive risk management and collective responsibility.

Working in collaboration with one of our valued clients, we delivered tailored toolbox talks at each participating site. These sessions focused on the critical hazards and site-specific risks that our teams encounter daily, reinforcing the message that safety is everyone's responsibility, and that a strong safety culture requires the active participation of every individual.

Our people are the foundation of our success, and it is through their efforts that we continue to lead by example in the utilities and infrastructure sector. We would like to extend our sincere thanks to all our site teams and HSQE colleagues, whose leadership and dedication ensure that safety remains at the heart of our operations – not just today, but every day.
